What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan outlines the key priorities of an organization. Through the strategic plan, the Board of Trustees establishes the vision for the school district and provides a road map that helps us to work together to achieve that vision. Every year, the Board develops a set of annual goals that outline the work that staff will undertake throughout the school year to help us realize our goals.

Why should I get involved?
We are interested in your perspective. We know that we can better meet the needs of our students if parents and community members are engaged in public education. This is an excellent opportunity for you to help us shape our future.
