The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board posts complete standing committee and the Special Education Advisory Committee agendas and reports on the website on the Friday, at least ten days prior to the scheduled meeting.

The draft agenda for Board meetings is posted on the web at least six business days prior to the respective meeting with the final agenda and related reports being posted on the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting.

In most instances, staff names have been included on the agenda for contact purposes should you have questions prior to the meeting.
