The Election Compliance Audit Committee (E.C.A.C.) is a statutory committee comprised of five citizens appointed for a four yeae term of office. The committee is responsible for considering requests for compliance audits of the municipal election campaign finances of school board candidates in the municipal election.

The Committee meets at the Call of the Chair and is governed by its Rules of Procedure.
