The Communications and Information Services Department is responsible for publications management, public relations, media relations, special event coordination, advertising, photography, and the external website, www.ocdsb.ca. We are located at the central administration building, 133 Greenbank Road. The reception and switchboard staff are also part of our division.
Our office has a document fax-back service so that anyone equipped with a fax can dial 613-596-8204 to receive a list of schools, the school year calendar, a list of our trustees, a map of the school district, staff lists, enrolment statistics, financial statements, and other current items of interest.
Our automated information line at 613-596-8222 keeps callers up-to-date on emergency school closure information, upcoming Board and committee meeting times and dates, transportation, kindergarten registration, and the school-year calendar.
