Rebecca Lloyd is an internationally renowned expert on the growing field of Physical Literacy. She is based at the University of Ottawa and is co-director of the Comprehensive School Group. Physical Literacy is more than just fitness and activity; it encourages a complete understanding of the way our bodies move, function and contribute to social, physical and emotional well being.
