The OCSDB has started rolling out School Cash Online, an easy to use, safe and convenient way for parents/guardians to pay for their children’s school fees, including yearbooks and class trips.

How does School Cash Online work?

All school fees applicable to your child will be posted on School Cash Online. Once you register, you can choose to purchase the items or activities using a credit card, eCheque or myWallet. You will be able to see when the school has new items posted online for purchase and you also have the option to sign up for email notifications whenever your child has a new school event requiring payment.

When can I start using School Cash Online?

The OCDSB will be rolling out School Cash Online to groups of schools beginning May 2017. And should be rolled out to all schools May 2018. You will receive notification from your Principal once your school has implemented School Cash Online.

How do I register?
Once you have received notification from your Principal that your school has implemented School Cash Online, you can register by visiting the OCDSB's
 School Cash Online website, and selecting “Get Started Today” and completing the three registration steps. Once registered, you can stay connected by selecting “Yes” to receiving email notifications about upcoming fees.

It is customized to meet your school’s needs and allows you as a parent/ guardian, to add your children, make payments, check current balance/account history, print or view receipts, and receive notifications about upcoming events.

Follow these instructions to create your School Cash Online account today.
 
1. Create your profile:
Go to https://ocdsb.schoolcashonline.com  and click on “Get Started Today.”
 
2. Confirm your email:
Check your inbox for the email confirmation and click on the link inside. Sign in with your new login details.
 
3. Add a Student:
Click “Add Student” and fill in the required fields with your child’s details Stay connected by selecting “Yes” to email notifications about upcoming fees.
