The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board offers International Languages (Elementary and Secondary) through Continuing Education. The IL Program is mandated under the Ministry of Education. Communities work in partnership with the school board in order to provide high-quality instruction in non-official languages.

NEW in OTTAWA - Certificate of Attainment in Greek
The Centre for the Greek Language (www.greeklanguage.gr), a coordinating and advisory body of the Ministry of Education on issues of language education and teaching of Greek to non-Greek speakers, holds annual exams for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek (levels A,B,C,D as defined by the Council of Europe)
Exam dates May 14, 15 & 16, 2012.
Please note that there is a minimum number of 15 registrations necessary in order to offer the exams in our Centre. You will be notified by March 2nd 2012. There are more examination centres in Montreal.
