2012 Wetland Centre Enhancement Centre

• The Ottawa Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) Outdoor Education Centres in cooperation with Ducks Unlimited Canada will be working on a interesting project in the summer of 2012, a wetland will be built at MacSkimming Outdoor Education Centre.
• The project is designed to provide wetland based educational opportunities and experiences for many OCDSB students and habitat for wildlife.
• Generous donation from TD Friends of the Environment Foundation and Ducks Unlimited Canada have made this project possible.

Construction of this wetland will begin in July 2012 and will be available to students for the 2012-2013 school year.
