The Special Education Report was developed by the Special Education Advisory Committee of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and Community Members.

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s Special Education Plan has been designed to comply with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Education Act and regulations made under the Act, and any other relevant legislation.

Individual standards are being provided for your convenience
