The Kanata North ARC is hosting a public meeting to gather input from the community on various preliminary concepts that the group has been discussing over the last several months. Your input on these concepts will assist the ARC in generating long term accommodation options for the schools in Kanata North. These options will then be presented at a public meeting in the fall of 2011 where the ARC will receive input from the community before finalizing their options.

The ARC is considering the following concepts:

*status quo

*dual track schools

*satellite school/site

*increase use of school facility

*grade structure changes

*facility modifications

*Grades 7-12 configuration for Earl of March S.S.

*shifting the current boundary line between A.Y. Jackson S.S. and Earl of March S.S. to Highway 417 to be consistent with MFI boundary change approved for Interim Measures for September 2011

Please note that these are only preliminary concepts. Additional concepts may be presented at the June 16 meeting.
