Board, at its meeting of 24 September 2019 approved a consultation plan to address enrolment pressures at both Cedarview Middle School and at John McCrae Secondary School

A preliminary meeting with affected school Principals and School Council Representatives will be held 23 October which will be followed by a Public Meeting for the community on November 13. - see Study Timelines below.  A Flyer will be posted shortly.

October 23, 2019 Meeting of the Advisory Committee

On October 23rd, a meeting of an Advisory Committee, comprised of School Principals and School Council representatives met to discuss potential solutions to address enrolment pressures at Cedarview M.S., and at John McCrae Secondary School.  

In attendance at the meeting were representatives from Chapman Mills Public School,  Cedarview Middle School, John McCrae Secondary School and Longfields-Davidson Heights Secondary School.

At the meeting there will be a brief presentation by Board staff, followed by a Question & Answer session.  Staff will be available to answer questions on an individual basis following the meeting.  An information package providing details of the review and the proposals will be available at the meeting.
