OCDSB Speaker Series: Building Better Tech Habits

Screen time is one of the top tech-related concerns among parents and caregivers. Kids are worried about their screen time as well – almost half say they spend too much time on their phones. Technology is ever-present in our daily lives, so how can families find healthier ways to use it?

Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for a virtual session with Matthew Johnson, the director of education for MediaSmarts. In this session, you will learn how to create better habits around tech that will empower youth to be in control, rather than their apps and devices.

Date: Wednesday, November 13th, 2024
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Format: Zoom Webinar. Register in advance.

To join this virtual event, use the registration link above. You will receive an email containing a link to access the webinar.

This event is part of our OCDSB Speaker Series
