OCDSB Welcomes Eric Hardie to Superintendent of Instruction

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is pleased to welcome Eric Hardie to the position of Superintendent of Instruction. Principal Hardie comes to the role of Superintendent with significant educational and administrative experience, including fourteen years of K-12 leadership in urban and rural settings. Previously, he was the Principal of Experiential Learning in the Upper Canada District School Board.

As part of this commitment, along with direction from the Ministry, our schools administer school climate surveys to students at least once every two years. The purpose of a school climate survey is to better understand students’ perceptions about bullying, safety at school, and student engagement.
