Free child care for newcomer children aged 6 months+ is available for eligible families in our LINC program. Immunization records and documentation will be requested at registration.
Refugee Claimants, Canadian Citizens and students in any ESL class (English as a Second Language funded by the province) will no longer have access to our onsite childcare. Clients are encouraged to arrange childcare in advance of program registration. See below for more information.

Child Care Fee Subsidy Contact Information
- Families may contact 3-1-1 to obtain information surrounding child care fee subsidy or to be connected with their assigned worker.
- Eligible ongoing families can contact their assigned childcare case worker directly by sending them an email to [email protected].
- New families in the process of applying who have questions about their application and required documents can email [email protected].
