Visitors and Residents of Quebec: We are no longer accepting registration for visitors or fee payers in our non-credit adult ESL programs. Visitors include individuals in Canada on the following basis: Work, Student or Visitor Visa, Diplomat, Cleric or other visitors to Canada.
