School Council Year-End Annual Report

It’s time to start drafting your year-end report! Board Policy P.014.SCO School Councils requires School Councils to prepare an annual report on the School Council activities, including fundraising. Please submit your report to your principal by October 31 of each school year. 

School Councils can submit their report through the School Council Year-End Report Form. A copy of your submission will be sent to the Principal. The form will ask for the following information:

  • The School Council mission and vision
  • Members of the School Council
  • Note from the School Council Chair
  • A summary of the School Council activities this school year, including fundraising activities, if applicable
  • If fundraising activities are applicable, the spending plans approved by your School Council
  • Comments for the successor School Council
  • Names of School Council members contributing to the report

Alternatively, you have the option to submit your report by email, by sending it to the attention of Kim Tremblay, Administrative Assistant at [email protected], and CCing the school Principal.
