The OCDSB is considering the repeal of Policy P.126.SCO Appeals Hearing Panel (Student Transfers). Under the proposed changes, Superintendents will make final decisions on student transfer appeals.
The policy was discussed at the Ad Hoc Policy Committee’s meeting on February 8, 2024. View the District’s report to the Committee, along with the proposed revised draft of the policy.
