West Carleton Secondary School is closing for the day due to a power outage at the school related to the high winds
Students and staff are currently safe and at the school. Unfortunately, without power the school cannot remain open and will be closed for the remainder of the day.
Buses are on route to the school for early dismissal. We anticipate bus departures from the school to begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.
