Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, will begin the evening of September 24th. Yom Kippur is a day of fasting, and is the year’s holiest day for Jewish families.
The Ten Days of Awe, which began with Rosh Hashanah, will conclude with Yom Kippur. We send our best wishes to everyone in the OCDSB community who is observing this important holiday, and we wish you an easy fast.
