Students in Grades 7-12 will now receive report cards in their email

OCDSB students in Grades 7-12 will now receive report cards in their email at the same time as their parents and guardians.

In a recent OCDSB Community Check-In survey, students had expressed a desire to have report cards delivered to them at the same time as they were delivered to their parents and guardians so that they would be prepared for the conversations regarding their progress.

Students in Grades 7-12 will receive the report card link in their OCDSB student email addresses. Students who are over 18 years of age, can receive the report card link in their personal emails if they have indicated that as their preference to the school.

The Ontario Education Number (OEN) is required to access the report card. When entering the OEN, please include the hyphens (dashes). The format should be XXX-XXX-XXX. The OEN can be found on any previous provincial report cards. Secondary students can also find the OEN on their timetables.
